Way past OK now...

This is turning out to one of those books you just can't put down - I'm half way through it now and loving every minute. In fact I need to finish it pretty quickly so I can get back to the things I should be doing.

There's nothing really earth shattering in there, but the way he puts it across really hits home with me - and is having a profound impact on my thought process and how I view my future.

It's now a "definite" to add to your list on Amazon - or wherever else you buy your books. You won't regret it.

Getting past OK

I just started reading a new book this week called "Getting Past OK" by Richard Brodie (I picked it up from Amazon) and am definitley getting a lot out of it. He even has a testimonial on the front cover from Bill Gates - yep, the Microsoft Bill Gates.

It's not one of those self help books that glazes over thing things you need to do to improve your life, without ever actually giving you the "how to" part. So far, I've picked up a lot of practical steps I can take to make subtle yet significant changes in my life.

I can't say they're working yet, as I've only just started, but I certainly feel a lot better about the direction my life is taking (or rather the direction I'm taking with my life).

He makes a lot of sense with his approach, and the things he says - after reading the first couple of chapters I got the feeling he knew me better than I knew myself.

From what I've read so far, it's well worth adding to your library.
